Sublimation, Sandblasting, and High Temperature Thermo
Barriers.

Powder coating is our
middle name.
JTEC will gladly give you a quote for any object or project.
From stair railings or Auto-motorcycle restoration parts to
large surfaces and equipment. Industrial or home use, no
project is too small or too large. Powder coating will produce

SANDBLASTING: We provide Sand Blasting for surface
preparation of small to very large surfaces. Grit blasting is used
to clean surfaces, remove oxidation rust, or previous finishes
such as enamel, this prepares surfaces for new coating
applications.

JTEC removes all paint,
rust, corrosion, and scale. We clean and peen precision parts
and clean areas not accessible to hand sanders. This produces
an anchor pattern perfect for uniform finishing

step will be a Powder Coating of Ford's
Wheel Yellow

We Deburr and
finish machined parts. We blend light scratches and tool marks. We
then Deflash the metal parts.
ACID-HEAT REMOVAL:
JTEC
also offers the use of Low PH chemicals, special washing
techniques, and oven heating at high temperatures to completely
remove any previous surfaces

HIGH
TEMPERATURE THERMAL BARRIER:
JTEC
utilizes Cermachrome barriers for application to surfaces and
parts that resist heat up to 1,400 degrees, and treated
surfaces will not turn blue like regular chrome.

The coating reacts to heat and or flame and produces an
insulating blanket that limits the spread of flame and
insulates the surface to which it is applied. As a result
smoke development is reduced to low levels and the vapors
given off by the coating during its protective action are non
toxic. The coating is Specially formulated to provide
protection to carbon fiber, kevlar, and fiberglass, and it
also bonds as well to all metals. |
These coatings, when applied
correctly provide an unrivaled layer of thermal protection to
piston tops, aluminum or cast iron combustion chambers, stainless,
inconel, or titanium valves, and intake or exhaust ports. The use
of Zirconium in this coating gives it characteristics shared by no
other product.
